feature: added a patch for the nginx core to add the "local=/path/to/resolv.conf" option to the standard "resolver" config directive.
This can enable the use of system-level nameserver configurations of /etc/resolv.conf, for example, in nginx's own nonblocking DNS resolver. Signed-off-by: Yichun Zhang (agentzh) <agentzh@gmail.com>pull/348/merge
